主要研究方向
1.MicroRNA生物分析:
设计多种高效特异的核酸识别探针,将纳米技术引入到microRNA生物传感中探针固定,信号转导及信号放大各个环节,构建集细胞转染、示踪及胞内microRNA检测的纳米多功能载体,创新检测原理及信号放大策略,从胞外、细胞到活体不同层次,从单一到多元microRNA、前体(pre-microRNA)到成熟microRNA不同维度,发展了一系列高效的microRNA标志物分子检测新方法。
2.纳米诊疗:
可控合成具有独特光学、磁学性能的纳米材料发展有效的表面修饰及细胞膜包裹技术,赋予纳米材料良好的生物相容性、靶向性、长的循环时间及有效体内清除能力,构建具有荧光成像、光声成像(PAI)、磁成像(MRI)及CT多模式成像及光热(PTT)、光动力(PDT)与超声动力(SDT)等功能纳米探针,实现肿瘤精准成像检测与治疗。
3.电化学与电化学生物传感器:
设计和调控电催化剂与反应分子的相互作用,开发性能优良的电催化剂。以微纳电极为载体,制备一体化传感涂层,调控特异性识别元件与电极之间的信号转换,实现对目标分析物的定量检测。
4.智能可穿戴传感器:
研发导电纤维,将生物传感器技术与导电纤维技术进行交叉融合,结合5G通信、人工智能和大数据等与生物传感技术的融合发展趋势,围绕柔性电子和植入式材料与器件、多维度感知和人-机-自然交互等关键方向,围绕智能可穿戴主题,开展智能可穿戴材料、可穿戴检测技术、柔性智能可穿戴设备及智能服装的研发和产业化,为带动智能可穿戴行业的快速发展提供理论与技术支撑。
5.智能微纳米马达:
人工微纳米马达是效仿自然界中的生物分子马达制备而成的微纳尺度动力装置,具有稳定性高、制备简单、可批量生产等优点,在生物医学领域有广阔的应用前景。本方向将发展磁能、电能、声能、光能及热能等多种控制微纳米马达运动的方式. 结合对微纳米马达的功能化修饰,实现微纳米马达运动的方向和速度的精确控制以及核酸、蛋白质、细胞以及细菌等的装载、运输、释放和检测等精准操作。
6.基于超小纳米发光材料的生物传感、成像、控释体系:
致力于超小发光纳米材料以及发光纳米生物传感器的研究,将纳米簇的刻蚀化学延伸到聚集诱导发光(AIE)效应领域的研究,开创了“由上到下”制备AIE型金(I)配合物的新方法。同时开展刺激-响应性微凝胶的应用,通过将微凝胶中装入不同的功能纳米材料,有机地结合微凝胶本身的刺激-响应性质,实现该材料的多种新应用,包括光热治疗、有机物降解以及分析传感等。
7.功能手性无机纳米材料的合成及其在生物医用、不对称催化中的应用:
手性材料能够表现出特殊的光、电、磁等性质,近年来已被大量应用于信息加密、不对称催化、光电催化、生物传感、生物治疗、手性光电器件、偏振控制显示等领域,获得了不同学科领域的广泛关注。我们将致力于从原子水平上揭示手性无机功能材料的手性起源,实现可控构筑功能手性纳米材料,并进一步研究其相关性能及构效关系。应用方面主要集中在探索手性无机纳米材料在生物医用领域中的应用如手性蛋白/手性分子识别、生物传感、手性药物拆分,及不对称催化的研究。
