张力，博士，硕士生导师，深圳市海外高层次人才孔雀计划C类。于2017年获得香港大学电机电子工程系博士学位，2018年加入深圳大学医学部生物医学工程学院任副研究员，2023年任助理教授。主要研究方向包括影像遗传学，计算神经科学，生物信息学，数值优化等领域。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目一项，广东省区域联合基金项目一项，以第一作者/通讯作者在Cerebral Cortex， Neurocomputing，IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics等期刊上发表多篇学术论文，担任IEEE DSP 2018国际会议Special Session分会场联合主席，Frontiers in Human Neuroscience客座编辑，Frontiers in Pain Research审稿编辑，以及Human Brain Mapping，Journal of Affective Disorders等多个期刊审稿人。
