个人简介

程君,博士,副教授,深圳市海外高层次人才C类。分别于2013年和2018年获得南方医科大学生物医学工程学士和博士学位,博士导师为冯前进教授。2016年4月至2018年3月分别在美国俄亥俄州立大学生物医学信息学系和印第安纳大学医学院黄昆教授实验室交流访问。博士毕业后于2018年7月入职深圳大学医学部生物医学工程学院,从事教学和科研工作。长期致力于计算机辅助诊断、计算病理、影像基因组学等方面研究,相关研究成果发表于Nature Communications、Medical Image Analysis、Cancer Research、Research、Bioinformatics、MICCAI等期刊和会议。主持国自然青年项目、广东省面上、深圳市面上等项目,参与科技部重点研发计划等项目。

研究方向

1. 计算机辅助诊断和预后预测;

2. 计算病理;

3. 影像基因组学。
