个人简介

深圳大学副教授、博士生导师、深圳市海外高层次人才。

西安交通大学本科、博士,香港理工大学访问学生及助理研究员,加拿大西安大略大学(现西部大学)博士后研究员。长期从事图像处理领域研究,聚焦于心脏医学影像相关的机器学习方法与临床问题。共发表包括多个领域顶刊在内的SCI文章30余篇,其中2篇文章入选ESI“高被引”文章,相关成果被OpenCV等多个开源工具箱集成;发表包括CVPR、ICCV、MICCAI等顶级学术会议文章30余篇;已授权专利9项。获2017年MICCAI青年科学家奖(全球每年5名);近年来连续六年入选“爱思唯尔中国高被引学者”,谷歌学术主页论文被引次数为5000+,H-index为24,获深圳大学2022年优秀硕士研究生导师。组织主办MICCAI 2018/2019 左心室量化挑战赛;MICCAI 2022(新加坡)Workshop主席,MICCAI 2025、2026 领域主席;MICCAI ASMUS 2025主席。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目,广东省自然科学基金提升项目,广东省医学科研基金1项,深圳市医学科学基金项目、深圳市基础研究面上项目等。
